How to Request a Quote and Place an Order
Authorized Government customers should use applicable NASA SEWP VI quotation and ordering procedures when acquiring services under Harmonics Consulting's contracts.
Step 1 — Define Your Requirement
Identify the required services, performance objectives, technical specifications, place of performance, anticipated period of performance, deliverables, and applicable security requirements.
Step 2 — Identify the Appropriate Contract Category
Determine whether the requirement aligns with Category B enterprise-wide services or Category C mission-based services. Harmonics can assist with preliminary contract-scope questions.
Step 3 — Request a Quotation
Submit requirements through the applicable NASA SEWP VI quotation process, including the SEWP Quote Request Tool when appropriate. For preliminary quotation assistance, email jim.crowe@harmonicsconsulting.com.
Step 4 — Evaluate Quotations
The Government ordering activity evaluates quotations under applicable acquisition requirements. Quoted services and labor offerings must satisfy NASA SEWP VI contract and Database of Record requirements.
Step 5 — Issue and Process the Delivery Order
The authorized Government ordering activity issues its delivery order in accordance with NASA SEWP VI procedures. Harmonics ordinarily will not begin fulfillment until the NASA SEWP Program Management Office processes the order and assigns a SEWP Control Number (SCN). Any exception must be expressly permitted by the applicable Contract Holder User Manual.
Step 6 — Coordinate Performance and Support
Following proper order processing, Harmonics coordinates services, contract performance, delivery-order administration, and customer support in accordance with the applicable delivery order.
Installation, Warranty and Technical Support
Harmonics Consulting coordinates installation, implementation, technical support, software support, warranty matters, and problematic-order resolution through its designated SEWP VI Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
Installation and Implementation
Installation, integration, configuration, deployment, and implementation obligations are established by the applicable delivery order and statement of work.
Basic and Extended Warranty
Warranty coverage and support obligations are determined by each individual delivery order, subject to governing SEWP VI contract terms and applicable manufacturer or service-provider warranty provisions.
Technical and Software Support
Technical assistance, software maintenance, and associated support are coordinated through Harmonics Consulting's designated contacts. Specific service levels, support entitlements, and response obligations are governed by the applicable delivery order.
